bailanewyork.com is built to WCAG 2.1 AA. In practice that means:

• A "skip to main content" link on every page, and one clear page heading per page.
• Full keyboard navigation, including the menu and schedule filters, with visible focus outlines.
• Colour contrast that meets AA on both the dark and light sections.
• Descriptive alternative text on photographs and labelled form fields.
• Animations (scroll reveals, the style marquee) are disabled automatically when your system asks for reduced motion.

The venues

Workshops and socials take place at Location05 (450 W 31st St) on the 7th and 10th floors, reached by elevator. High Bar Rooftop (346 W 40th St) and the Hudson Yards outdoor events are open-city spaces. If you have specific access needs — mobility, hearing, vision, or anything else — write to us before the festival and we'll do our best to make it work.
